Likewise, we would like to remind you of the special connotations that a product such as Ecospheres carries due to the fact that it contains living beings inside. We insist that customers have read the product's instruction manual (it can be accessed from our website: www.ecospheres.com). Being a system that contains living beings, both the final buyers and the points of sale acquire a responsibility by taking charge of the Ecospheres. In this sense, it is important to remember that the viability of the system is endangered if it spends a long time without some indirect light, or if the recommended temperature limits are exceeded (approximately 10-30 degrees), since the organization does not can be held responsible for the death of the ecosystem if this is due to faulty reception or handling by the client. There is no difficulty or complication in the management of the Ecospheres, but it is important to be clear about certain management notions that must be followed.

For this reason, our distribution system is based on the need to stock up on your part, taking care of the logistics.

Regarding the availability of samples, being a handmade product related to living beings, we do not accept returns, so we serve as follows: we charge the sample products that you wish to have. If the order is confirmed, that amount will be deducted from the sale price.
